Hi, I’m Jaime, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and those navigating the challenges of aging. With a Bachelor of Nursing and over a decade of diverse experience in the care sector, I bring a compassionate, hands-on, and collaborative approach to my work.
Over the years, I’ve worked as a Support Worker, an NDIS Support Coordinator for 2 years, a Home Care Case Manager for 5 years, and an Administrative Officer. Each role has deepened my understanding of the unique needs of every person and reinforced my belief in person-centered care.
I truly enjoy collaborating with other providers to support our participants in achieving their goals and making meaningful improvements in their daily lives.
Outside of work, I love spending time with dogs, watching movies and dramas, and challenging myself with puzzles.
